CIMMETRY INTRODUCES VAR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM AT AGILITY 2006

Montreal, QC – Cimmetry Systems Corporation, an Agile Software Corporation company, today announced the launch of Cimmetry Certified™, a new VAR Certification Program available to all Cimmetry VAR partners. Cimmetry Certified™ will be introduced during the Agility 2006 User Conference in Las Vegas, which Cimmetry will be co-hosting with its parent company, Agile Software.

Cimmetry Certified™ focuses on enhancing the level of Cimmetry partners’ technical and business expertise to sell, service and support AutoVue™, Cimmetry’s industry-leading collaborative visualization software.

Upon Certification, VAR partners will be eligible:
• to participate in Cimmetry’s Limited Availability pre-release program
• for joint marketing programs and lead development with Cimmetry
• to nominate customers for Cimmetry’s Customer Advisory Boards
• to represent Cimmetry at international and regional tradeshows

Partners will also receive:
• a partner listing on Cimmetry’s site
• use of a “Cimmetry Certified Partner” logo
• Cimmetry Certified Partner branded marketing materials
• a Certificate of program completion
• advanced training materials
