Cimmetry Maintenance & Support Subscription Program

By purchasing a maintenance & support subscription and staying up-to-date with our latest releases, you’ll ensure that your AutoVue software is on the cutting edge of functionality and performance.

A one year subscription to Cimmetry’s maintenance & support program is included when you purchase a new license of an AutoVue product. The maintenance term is for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. For your convenience, a maintenance renewal notice will be sent to you prior to the expiration date of your maintenance contract.

Customer Support:

With your maintenance & support subscription you’ll get comprehensive answers to your questions from our in-house team of technical experts. To better serve you, access to our customer support team may be done via telephone or on our web site. Telephone enquiries can be made during regular business hours, from Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).

How to Update:

Cimmetry customers who are interested in a maintenance & support subscription, but whose AutoVue licenses are not currently under maintenance, may purchase an update for their licenses. All updates include a one year subscription to our maintenance & support program.
